Eastlake Framing has been part of the Central Oregon community since 1984. Over the years, we have had the privilege of framing original artwork, family photographs, heirlooms, memorabilia, and the everyday items that make a house feel like home.

Deb Spicer has led Eastlake Framing with a belief that the right frame can transform the way an item is seen and enjoyed. Her approach is collaborative and practical: start with what you love, consider where it will live, and explore the details until the design feels just right.
